Ok, not a bird. Its my car alarm. I got it all mostly installed. Right now its sort of ghetto, with the siren being held by a twist tie in the engine bay, and a lot of wires just pouring out from where my radio should be. Its sort of a mess, but I can figure stuff out kind of thanks to color coded wires and harnesses of different sizes. But for right now it works just fine. So now car doors lock a few seconds after the car is started, and open as soon as I turn off the engine. Thats kind of fun. The cool part is I can leave the engine running and run in somewhere for a few minutes and come back, while i take the keys with me. I've read the install guide lots of times, including during finals week when I didn't want to study. Now I just need to get through reading the boring owner's manual, that explains every feature in it.

My few last parts to get my car audio functioning got shipped out. Fedex says it should be here on Friday. I'm going to go with it should be here on Thursday, since they always seem to deliver a day early. The sad part is my radio is out of the dash, not hooked up right now, so I can connect as much as I want, I wouldn't be able to get it going till I get that car alarm all neatened and put away. Hopefully the guy shipped it out today, I tried calling but I got his voicemail. Will try him back again tomorow, see what happens.

Forrest is coming back to his apartment in about an hour... Yay for not being alone here anymore for the week at least!!!
